Heat Resistant Pipe Rubber EPT Belt For Power Plant
Construction:
-Using high tesion fabric and steel cord as the belt reinforcement, and covered top and bottom
with good quality abrasion resistant rubber compound. The belt gradually roll into type U
and finally into type tubular during operation, conveying materia EPT under a hermitic
condition.
-Suitable for conveying hot materia EPT such as cementm, coke, sintered ores, soda ash, chemical
fertilizer, slag, fundry, clinker and hot casting etc.
-Belt carcass can be high modulus low shrinkage EP fabric or impact weft wire mesh, or steel
cord carcass is protected with modified SBR or EPDM cover compounds which have excellent
thermal.
-The heat resistant conveyor belt contains three types.
T1: it is able to resi EPT the te EPT temperature of no more than 100ºC, the max. short-time
operating temperature is 150ºC
T2: it is able to resi EPT the te EPT temperature of no more than 125ºC, the max. short-time
operating temperature is 170ºC
T3: it is able to resi EPT the te EPT temperature of no more than 150ºC, the max. short-time
operating temperature is 200ºC
T4: it is able to resi EPT the te EPT temperature of no more than 175ºC, the max. short-time
operating temperature is 230ºC
Belt Application:
-Cement plants: clinker, cement products, dry clay, compound raw materials. etc.
-Steel mills: sintered ore, coke, pellets, lag. etc.

-Materia EPT can be conveyed within the pipe conveyor belt to avoid materia EPT be affected by the
external enviroment and prevent contamination.
-Prevent the pollution from the scattered materials.
-Pipe belt can turn horizontally without any transfer station to reduce working space and
enhance the conveying angles.
