Rigid or flexible couplings/clamps are suitble for medium pressure applications and have different calibration pressures for different nominal diameters. After connecting the pipe with a flexible clamp, the pipe is allowed to have partial axial displacement and corners to make the pipe system flexible. The piping system connected by the rigid clamp is rigid and the tube cannot produce axial and meridional displacement. Except couplings, pipe fittings such as 90°/44.5°/22.5° elbow, reducing tee, straight tee, reducing cross, straight cross, mechanical tee/ cross, adaptor flange, connection reducer are also supplied.

Selection Rules
pressure rules: A pipe with a working pressure of 1.6 MPa of the pipe is a groove with thread. The working pressure of 2.5 MPa of pipe all adopts a groove structure. If the working pressure of the main pipe and branch pipe of the pipeline system is greater than 1.6MP, less than or equal to 2.5MPa, all grooved pipe fittings should be used. If the pressure is less than or equal to 1.6MPa, the grooved pipe fitting with threaded connection should be used as much as possible. If the working pressure of the main pipe is less than or equal to 2.5 MPa and the branch pipe is less than or equal to 1.6 MPa, the main pipe shall be a grooved pipe fitting, and the trunk pipe shall be a grooved pipe fitting with a thread.
eco-friendly rules: In order to reduce the construction cost, in the condition of meeting the strength and rigidity of the pipeline system, the tee and the cross should avoid the selection of the mechanical tee and the mechanical cross.
Rigidity rules: In terms of strength and rigidity, if the pipeline system have special requirements, when selecting the three-way and four-way, the mechanical tee and the mechanical cross should be avoided as much as possible.
