1. Centrifugal Soil Mechanics

The key to a clean ditch is rotor speed. If the blades spin too slowly, the soil just tumbles back into the hole. If they spin too fast, the engine stalls. 2. The “Pedra” Protection (Shock Load)

Digging blindly into the soil guarantees hitting rocks and roots. A rigid gear drive would shatter. We utilize a Heavy Duty Chain Drive (ASA 100H) for the final vertical drop. The slight elasticity of the chain absorbs the instantaneous impact energy of a rock strike. Furthermore, the input shaft is equipped with a Friction Slip Clutch or a Shear Bolt yoke, providing a mechanical fuse that disconnects power before the gearbox housing can crack.

3. Mud-Proof Cassette Seals
